I loved the city view from my room at Chiang Mai Heritage House. It was amazing to wake up and see the bustling streets below. As a solo traveler, this view made me feel connected to the city and its vibrant energy.
The only thing I liked less was that not all rooms had a balcony. However, I understand that this is a subjective preference and others may still find enjoyment in the room without it.

The room had everything I needed and was squeaky clean! It was super comfortable and located in a peaceful area. The admin guy was absolutely amazing, giving me tons of recommendations and even helping me arrange a mind-blowing Elephant Sanctuary trip. When the A/C in my room wasn't working, he offered me a discount or a free night at another hotel with A/C. Options galore! Even though I spent one night elsewhere, the rest of my stay at the hotel was jaw-dropping. Mr. Dear was an incredibly helpful and welcoming host. The room was spotless. The staff were beyond wonderful! Our stay was pure bliss. The room was always impeccably clean and had plenty of space. They refreshed our towels and cleaned our room daily. And let's talk about the ample space to store our toiletries - a true blessing! The A/C was on point too. The receptionist was a young, well-educated gem who took extraordinary care of us. His recommendations made getting around a breeze. Even though I only stayed for two nights, it felt like heaven the entire time. The silent and efficient air conditioning was a game-changer. The location was great and easy to find. The room was new, clean, and had free bottled water. And the best part? There's a grocery store in the building! my experience was simply superb.

Had a great Easter break at this budget-friendly hotel! the friendly host provided us with complimentary drinks and snacks upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for us as there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and we were able to walk to the heart of the city in just 10 minutes. the room was super clean and the bed was comfortable, plus the AC was nice and cold which was great in the hot weather.
The noise from the construction site just outside the hotel, which made it a bit difficult to access the rooms. there was some music from a nearby rooftop bar that could be heard on some nights, but it finished before midnight so it wasn't too disruptive.

The staff was polite and responsive. The quiet location was helpful for work. There were a few English TV channels available for relaxation, which helped to destress.
The bed was uncomfortable and too small. It was difficult to find alternative dining options nearby.
